When I was asked, "Correction" when I was told to shoot Missy and Antonio's wedding by Michelle I was more humbled than anything. I was excited that they trusted me once again to do a memorable job for their family on one of their most memorable important days one will ever have. So I quickly began brainstorming on a concept for their engagement photos which led me down to the South East Navy Yard in Washington, DC. It was a mildly brisk September Sunday morning just after sunrise. Please join me in celebrating the engagement of two wonderful people.

How They Met: Through Antonio's mother
As they tell it; They Missy and Antonio, seemed to have shared a mutual interest in one another, although neither chose to seize the moment. In fact over 3 years of bird watching was shared between the two. It wasn't until Missy had befriended Antonio's mother that two actually became introduced
following Antonio's insertion into a conversation between Missy and his mother. "Momma knows best"
What did you do on your first date?
The first date took place at a Watts Basktetball game.
